What is the difference between a subscription and credit?
The subscription is your access to Eva: everything she does, including Eva's Helping Hand, with monthly usage included. Credit is for those who want her to take on bigger jobs. It is bought once and never expires.
Can I start small?
Yes. Every new account starts with a trial, no card needed, so you can see what Eva can do before you choose the subscription.
Does anything go out without me knowing?
No. At the first level everything waits for your approval. Later you can give Eva more room, for example to publish your own posts directly or answer simple enquiries herself, and you can always see afterwards what she replied.
How do I pay?
Through Kling. You choose a card or Icelandic online banking when you pick the subscription in the dashboard, and it renews monthly. Prices are in Icelandic krónur (ISK) and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Do I need to know the tools Eva works in?
No. You connect your tools once, for example Facebook, Instagram, Google and your email, and Eva works in them for you. If a tool you use is missing, tell us about it.
